ONBOARD TRAINING: New Employees or New Roles

Onboarding is the process by which new employees acquire the skills, knowledge, and behaviors to become effective employees. Training Course can be HR Compliance Courses to keep you educated with relevant Corporate, State, and Federal Laws. 

HARD SKILLS TRAINING: Job Related Skills

This training provides new or enhanced skills and knowledge that is necessary for efficient and productive performance of the employee’s current or intended position.

Good business skills are crucial in any career. Learn about time management, communication skills, and emotional intelligence. Focus on what you need to do to be more productive, hone your creativity, hold your own teleconference, or how to prepare to give a great presentation. 

LMS ONLINE COURSES: TalentLMS

All your online courses are stored and tracked on a Learning Managment System (LMS) called TalentLMS. Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, Phone.  

Courses can be set up to be assigned, renewed annually, or as needed. Customized reports can be automatically sent to Supervisors.
